C.O.O.L. Teens decked out in their stripes destined to make Opa-locka dizzy with their future success. The blue team and yellow team gather for a group shot on Friday Aug. 22 inside the old fire station at 390 Bahman Ave. The clever acronym stands for City Of Opa-Locka Teens. One of C.O.O.L. Teens’ goals is to introduce skills that will prepare youths for independent living. Part of Opa-locka’s Crime Prevention Plan, C.O.O.L. Teens is now celebrating its second year in the city.
