See 'Top Chef' on TV or at the Ritz-Carlton

Jeff McInnis, chef de cuisine at The DiLido Beach Club at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, is one of the contestants this season on Bravo's Top Chef, which airs 10 p.m. Wednesdays on Bravo. Fans have an opportunity to see McInnis in action during Hookah Lounge Happy Hour at DiLido Beach Club between 5-8 p.m. Thursday and Friday nights. Flavored hookahs are complimentary, and signature rum cocktails are at reduced prices.

Russian Standard Vodka has partnered with the Miss Russia pageant and is bringing five former finalists to Miami as part of a U.S. tour. The models will promote the vodka in various locations including the Shore Club, from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m. Saturday.

Miami Heat president and former coach Pat Riley and wife Chris had dinner with producer Jerry Bruckheimer and wife Linda at Morton's The Steakhouse Miami in Brickell Tuesday night following the Heat's victory against the Nets. The couples shared an assortment of chocolate, lemon and raspberry soufflés and sipped on a $262 bottle of Caymus Special Select. The Rileys and Bruckheimers were on a carnivorous roll, as the couples were spotted Tuesday night dining at Meat Market on Lincoln Road.

Karu & Y hosts electronic hip-hop group LMFAO Saturday night along with former Making the Band and Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day. Party starts at 11 p.m.

Spotted on a flight from LAX to MIA Wednesday: former soap star/singer Rick Springfield, who, according to our spy, was ''surrounded by a gaggle of female fans'' at baggage claim.

At The Florida Room at Delano Wednesday night: Spike Lee, having a glass of bubbly and chilling to the live music.
